About the Rehab Science Membership
Welcome to the Rehab Science Membership — your go-to platform for evidence-based movement education, pain relief, and lifelong mobility. Whether you're navigating a current injury, trying to prevent one, or working with clients in pain, this membership is designed to guide and empower you.
Inside the app, you'll find a growing library of video-based rehab and prehab programs built around real-life orthopedic conditions. You’ll also gain access to a comprehensive full-body exercise library, organized by body region—making it easy to search, learn, and apply exercises tailored to your needs or your clients'.
Beyond that, our platform offers dedicated community spaces—one for individuals working through pain, and another for movement professionals and clinicians. I also host monthly live Q&A streams, where we explore key topics and you can ask questions directly.
Why I Created This Platform
I started the Rehab Science Membership to build something I wish existed when I first began treating patients and teaching about the human body—a centralized, easy-to-understand, and research-informed resource that goes beyond what social media posts or even a single book can offer.
While my book Rehab Science provides a foundational framework, this app is where we go deeper—with more visuals, more exercises, and ongoing support. My goal is to help more people feel empowered in their recovery journey and to support professionals who are passionate about helping others move and feel better.
About Me
I’m Dr. Tom Walters, a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist and the founder of Rehab Science. Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals overcome pain through movement—both in clinical practice and online.
I spent a decade teaching undergraduate kinesiology and biomechanics, and I now dedicate my work to sharing practical, research-backed strategies through platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and now this app.
With over 3 million followers, this app is the next evolution of the Rehab Science mission: to democratize access to high-quality rehab education and provide a space where people and practitioners can learn, grow, and heal—together.
