I just published a new video with four exercises that help reduce pain related to C7 radiculopathy. If you have neck pain or pain that radiates into your shoulder, tricep region and down your forearm to your middle finger, these will be exercises for you to try.
What pain or injury are you struggling with? Let me know and I will help point you in the right direction.
Hi, I would like to ask for your opinion. This is my knee MRI result : Medial meniscus partially subluxated in the area of the interior horn, hypersignal changes at the lower edge reaching the articular plateau - I admit a grade III lesion. Do you think surgery is necessary, or can I help myself with tergeted exercises? I love hiking, trail running, cycling and I don't want to give up these hobbies. Thank you very much.
Here is the replay from today's office hours session. This one included discussions about shoulder labral tears, shoulder impingement, QL pain and hip pain. I hope more of you can join in the future!
