Since you mentioned Phase 1 is a one-to-two-week program, if I find it easy, no pain and not challenging, can I jump straight into Phase 2? Or do I have to wait the full one to two weeks before moving on to phase 2 ?"

Would you be interested in follow along workouts (10-15 minute workouts you do with me)? These would focus on routines that are designed to help prevent injuries and maintain strength and mobility.

I just published a new video with four exercises that help reduce pain related to C7 radiculopathy. If you have neck pain or pain that radiates into your shoulder, tricep region and down your forearm to your middle finger, these will be exercises for you to try.

What pain or injury are you struggling with? Let me know and I will help point you in the right direction.

Hi, I would like to ask for your opinion. This is my knee MRI result : Medial meniscus partially subluxated in the area of the interior horn, hypersignal changes at the lower edge reaching the articular plateau - I admit a grade III lesion. Do you think surgery is necessary, or can I help myself with tergeted exercises? I love hiking, trail running, cycling and I don't want to give up these hobbies. Thank you very much.
