I just published a new video with four exercises that help reduce pain related to C7 radiculopathy. If you have neck pain or pain that radiates into your shoulder, tricep region and down your forearm to your middle finger, these will be exercises for you to try.
What pain or injury are you struggling with? Let me know and I will help point you in the right direction.
Hi, I would like to ask for your opinion. This is my knee MRI result : Medial meniscus partially subluxated in the area of the interior horn, hypersignal changes at the lower edge reaching the articular plateau - I admit a grade III lesion. Do you think surgery is necessary, or can I help myself with tergeted exercises? I love hiking, trail running, cycling and I don't want to give up these hobbies. Thank you very much.
Here is the replay from today's office hours session. This one included discussions about shoulder labral tears, shoulder impingement, QL pain and hip pain. I hope more of you can join in the future!
A new video on Hoffa's fat pad impingement and anterior knee pain is now available. Here is a link for the video.
Hello are there any exercises that target quadratus lamborum? I’m not really sure why they are suddenly pissed (especially left). It could be snowboarding but I haven’t ridden that much this season. Anyway if you can steer me towards 1-2 key exercises it would be appreciated!
Hello! I finally received an MRI for my "shoulder pain"! Here's the story: "Shoulder pain and mechanical symptoms due to multiregional labral tears (superior, posterior, inferior, anterior-inferior) with a 2.3 × 1.3 cm posterior-medial humeral head chondral defect, early glenohumeral degenerative changes, small intra-articular loose bodies, and mild bursitis, with intact rotator cuff and biceps tendon." Which part of your program do you recommend? I am scheduled to see an ortho surgeon next week. (But of course would love to avoid surgery.) Thanks!
Hi everybody,
If you ever need help figuring out which rehab or prehab program to start with, please don’t hesitate to message me. I’m hoping to add a feature in the future that asks you a few questions (like a PT) in order to help you find the best program to start with.
In the meantime, please feel free to message me if you ever need help getting started!
Hi everyone,
Sorry again about having to cancel last week's office hours session. Here is the link for the next one, if you want to come and talk with me about any pain or injury concerns you might have.
