Hi Brandon, I have prehab programs and plan to start uploading follow-along workouts soon. Here is a link for the prehab routines.

Thank you for listening, Brandon! I hope the information on all of the factors that can influence pain was helpful.

Hi Stephanie,

These are great questions. In terms of whether or not therapy is working, usually the most obvious observation would be that your symptoms are lessening. This could be that they are lessening in intensity or the symptoms are more difficult to trigger. It is very common for pain to be better one day and then to feel a setback the next day. The key is that you have a positive trend over a longer period such as several weeks or months.

In terms of moving from one phase to the next, you do not necessarily need to spend the number of weeks I listed in the program. These are just general guidelines. In many cases, people may spend longer in a particular phase or move through a phase quickly if they don’t have pain with the movements and are able to complete all of the exercises with good control and full range of motion. If you can complete all the exercises in a particular phase with minimal or no pain and full range of motion, then you can likely move onto the next phase.

Stephanie Dzvonick Those two programs (glute tendon pain and hamstring pain) are typically fine to do at the same time.

You’re welcome! In many cases, it is okay to do two different programs at the same time. However, there are situations where exercises for one condition can aggravate another condition. Can you let me know which two programs you are referring to?

It's so great that you have your personal trainer knowledge and take the time throughout your day to get out of the forklift and stretch. I also love that you are teaching others about this as well! Thanks for the comment, Brandon. I hope to see you in an office hours session one day!

Hey Brandon, thank you! I can definitely understand how you would get tail bone pain sometimes since you have to sit so much at work. I hope the exercises in this video help reduce discomfort in the area.

Hi Carolyn, I'm glad to hear your pain is gradually reducing. Yes, I would say it would be good for you to switch to phase 2 of the program now.
