Thank you Dr. Tom! I get this in my right hip. I have a left sided hemidisc at L5 S1 and sacrolisation. My right SIJ often feels sore but its my left SIJ that used to get jammed. Left hasn't had an issue recently - not since 2021. My right hip clicks whenever I massage out the trigger points in psoas. So I need to strengthen my psoas? It doesn't hurt when it clicks and it only clicks when I do unsupported straight leg raises. So when I'm feet in straps on the Pilates reformer no clicking. Feet out of straps on the mat - clicking. I am 63. 🙏 Caroline

Thank you Dr. Tom for running Office Hours. I just watched this one and will watch the first one asap. As I'm not able to attend live I really appreciate the videos. And really appreciate the people who do attend live and are so willing to share. I learnt so much from this video - thank you all 🙏 Caroline

Thank you for your reply Dr. Tom 😀 No, no dizziness or vertigo but they do have tinnitus which sounds to be at the severe end of the scale. I will ask them about a vestibular physical therapist and if they haven't already seen one recommend they do. Here in Australia we have physiotherapists which I think is a different training to the US physical therapist???

I am interested in exercises to close diastasis recti. I haven't specifically looked for it yet so it might already be covered?

Commented on Meniscus Injury

My client has 3 meniscus tears side by side. She has been told by a surgeon she needs her knee cleaned out. He also said that when they see 3 tears like this the likelihood is that the knee will need to be replaced within in 2-years if its not cleaned out. She is reluctant to have any surgery and wants me to offer her a rehab programme. What are your thoughts. Should I bow out? I don't want to offer her false hope or waste time if surgery is inevitable??? Thanks Tom.

Thank you for this sequence Tom. I have just started taking a client through it - so week 1 - and they are already feeling benefits. I see that they have gone from overwhelm to optimism!
