If you’ve tried everything
“Having been through the system for so long, you’re no longer keen to approach medical professionals… this is like gold dust.”
If that sounds familiar, you’re in good company. More than one in four U.S. adults live with chronic pain, and far too many are told to simply rest, medicate, push through — or accept it as “just part of life.” I don’t think that’s right.
Here’s the truth: most musculoskeletal conditions get better with time, the right education, and a graded exercise plan. Your body is meant to move, adapt, and heal. It is not fragile — and you are not powerless.

By the way, I’m Tom
For years, I worked with patients in the clinic while teaching kinesiology at the university level. Day after day, I found myself explaining the same things: why pain behaves the way it does, why movement can feel scary, and how the body actually adapts and heals over time.
So many people were doing everything they’d been told to do. They were resting. Stretching. Avoiding certain movements. Trying random exercises they found online (some of which, I’m responsible for!). And still, they weren’t getting better.
That’s why I started Rehab Science — first as a way to share the same clear, evidence-informed explanations I was giving my patients, so more people could understand their bodies and feel safer moving again. Over time, that grew into books, education, and eventually this membership.
Everything inside is built around the same goal I’ve always had: to help people reduce pain, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and return to the activities that matter most.
My approach to rehab
Simplified into a structure you can follow at home. When you join, we’ll personalize each phase to you.
We settle things down first — reducing irritation so you feel safer, more comfortable, and ready to move again.
As symptoms calm, you restore range of motion so your body moves the way it’s meant to, without stiffness or hesitation.
You rebuild the coordination, stability, and confidence your body needs to move smoothly and without guarding.
Finally, you strengthen the area so it can handle everyday life and exercise — which is what keeps pain from coming back.
It works because it’s yours

There’s nothing wrong with in-person PT — it can be incredibly helpful in the right situations. But it isn’t always accessible, affordable, or built for ongoing support once appointments end. Here’s how the two compare.

Over time
Imagine waking up and not immediately scanning your body for pain — moving through your day with more confidence and a clearer sense of what your body needs. This membership is designed so you can…
Questions you might be asking
No — this membership isn’t designed to replace personalized care with a physical therapist. That said, many conditions improve with the right education and movement strategies, which this membership provides. If you have severe pain or functional limitations, I highly recommend seeing your doctor or a physical therapist who can evaluate you and determine the best plan of care.
Most orthopedic conditions, including disc bulges and arthritis, improve with time and rehab. The exercises here are very safe as long as you listen to your body and stop or modify any movement that causes pain.
Most sessions take 10–25 minutes.
Resistance bands, a lacrosse ball, dumbbells, and a chair — with alternatives provided throughout.
Plateaus and flare-ups are a normal part of rehab. As long as you’re generally moving in a positive direction — pain reducing, function improving — I’d encourage you to be patient and stick with your program. If you have a significant flare-up and are concerned, see your doctor or physical therapist.
Yes — you can cancel within 14 days of your purchase. Refund window details are provided at checkout.
Yes — iOS, Android, and web access are all included.
CEUs currently aren’t available. The membership is designed to enhance your practical skills so you can better serve your patients or clients.
Your next step
You don’t need to move smaller, brace for the next flare-up, or accept pain as just part of getting older. With the right plan and a little patience, most people get back to the things they love — running, gardening, lifting, playing with their kids and grandkids. I’ll help you build that plan, and I’ll be there along the way.
