The Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy produces clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) that cover various common conditions and the evidence surrounding the treatment of that condition. In October of 2025, the hip osteoarthritis CPG was updated.

Here is a link for the article, in case you want to learn more about which interventions have the most research support for treating hip OA.

Hi everyone,

Just in case you didn't see it, I posted a new video on shoulder pain related to a subacromial bone spur and shoulder impingement a couple of days ago. Here is a link for the video.

If you have this type of shoulder pain, I would recommend following the rotator cuff pain program here in the membership. Here is a link for that program.

Here is a replay of today's office hours in case you couldn't attend and wanted to hear what we covered. Today was a shoulder heavy session, so make sure to watch this one if you have a shoulder issue like a rotator cuff tear, impingement, frozen shoulder or a labrum injury.

Hey everyone! I just published a new video that covers orthopedic tests you can do on yourself to help determine if your shoulder pain is coming from one of your rotator cuff muscles. Here is a link for the video.

Which exwrcises for winging scapula? Also I have pain in splenius capitis. Im not sure if is referred pain from the shoulder issue, or is the other way around. Coul also be lev scap, as it seems to refer pain when i press. Any exercise to release splenius capitis/lev scap? I've been massaging scm and upper traps and that helps, but this is bit difficult to grasp
