Hi, I would like to ask for your opinion. This is my knee MRI result : Medial meniscus partially subluxated in the area of the interior horn, hypersignal changes at the lower edge reaching the articular plateau - I admit a grade III lesion. Do you think surgery is necessary, or can I help myself with tergeted exercises? I love hiking, trail running, cycling and I don't want to give up these hobbies. Thank you very much.

Dear Dr. Tom, thank you very much for your answer. My knee is fully functional so far, it doesn't jam, it's not swollen and it works fine. I've been dealing with this problem since September, when during a run, my body went one way and my knee went another. It was a mini pain and I continued on. Everything is OK. Two days later, my knee hurt a little on the inside, exactly where it stung me during a run, there was also a little swelling, which was absorbed after two weeks. I underwent examinations + MRI, electrotherapy, laser therapy... Of course, exercises. I continued my sports life, I bandaged my knee when hiking. And now I have pain, not daily, but I do, and the pain, once on the outside, then on the inside, from the bottom of the knee and then it goes to the calf and the foot. My hip also hurts. All in the left leg. It's all connected. Thank you for your time. I'll check out the recommended section. I will continue to practice and write. Warm regards and thank you again.
