I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that took the time to join my first office hours session this morning! It was so great to meet all of you!

Unfortunately, I don't think Zoom was recording. I hit record, but don't see a saved file anywhere. Such a bummer.

I just published my new YouTube video here in the app on nerve symptoms (pain, numbness & tingling) in the hand and fingers. Here is a link for that video, if you are experiencing symptoms like this.

Hi all,

There are quite a few new people in the community, which is so awesome! If you have a moment, will you introduce yourself and tell us about your background and what brought you here?Ā

Also, if you ever have a question about a pain issue or injury, please don't hesitate to post in this section and I will do my best to help you in a timely manner.Ā

Thanks, Tom

Hi and a newby here...

I'm not a practitioner, but an active sports mad person and competitor (running and Hyrox) based in the UK.

Please to have found your app and love the videos and community area.

Are there plans to continue to develop it, for example include mobility drills, all-body and specifically to areas of the body, i.e. shoulders, hips?

Thanks Jane

Thanks for the email and heads-up re the reduction of your book. Whilst it's a link to U.S. Amazon, the supplier posts to the UK and it's much cheaper than the UK.

Win Win Sunday!

I have created a category for my YouTube videos on the app. In most cases, a more comprehensive program for the conditions I cover on YouTube already exists in the app, but I thought you might enjoy having my YouTube videos in the app for easy access.Ā

Here is the first one on plantar fasciitis.

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if you have seen this yet, but there is a streak feature in the calendar that will help you stay accountable with your exercises. I am hoping that this feature will act as a sort of accountability partner, so that you don't forget to complete your exercises. As your streak increases, you will also earn badges along the way to help keep you motivated!

Hello, I am looking for information on hearing loss specifically in relation to neck issues. I have a client who has hearing loss and wears hearing aids in both ears. They've had "all the tests" but none of the tests give any clue what the cause of their hearing loss is. They do report a sore neck for the past 15 years which coincides with the duration of their hearing loss. They haven't been investigated for Eagle Syndrome. And haven't had their tonsils removed. They don't report any trauma to their head or neck. They are 48 years old. They are experiencing loss of confidence. I've tried literature searches but so far haven't found anything "helpful." šŸ™ for any assistance, Caroline
