Hi Stephanie,

In most cases, I will recommend going through these one time per day. However, there are quite a few exercises in each phase of the programs. By no means, do you have to do all of the exercises in each phase on each day. Typically, it works best to pick 2 to 4 exercises to perform each day. With rehab, there is definitely a bit of experimentation that must go on to figure out what exercises and what amount of those exercises works best for your body. I explain much of this in my introduction video on how to navigate the programs. Here is a link for that video.

Sure thing! I’m glad this resource was helpful.

You’re welcome!

Thank you, Brandon! It's true that a large percentage of pain-free (asymptomatic) people have been shown in MRI studies to have disc bulges and herniations. This is why we try to help people understand that imaging can be helpful, but it is only one piece of the puzzle and must be considered along with the person's history and symptoms.

You’re welcome! I was actually thinking about your case when I made this video. I hope these exercises help reduce your symptoms.

Great question! Yes, if you can complete all of the phase 1 exercises easily, with full range of motion and with no pain, then you can jump right to phase 2.

Thanks for the update, Michelle! My plan is to host office hours on different days at times, so that more people can join.

I will start adding workouts like this soon. Thank you for the feedback!

Nina Pennock Thank you! I will post the first follow-along workout next week.

Thank you for the feedback! I will start recording these types of workouts this weekend and plan to have the first one available this coming week.
