Hi Caroline, if your hip clicking isn’t painful, I wouldn’t worry about it. We see this type of tendon clicking and snapping in many people and if it’s not painful, it’s not something we worry about. I actually have the exact same issue as you where my hip flexor tendon snaps when I’m doing unsupported straight leg raises.

Hi everyone, I just published a new video on internal snapping hip. If you feel clicking or popping at the front of your hip when lifting and lowering your leg, this will be a good video for you.

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry to hear that you have had piriformis syndrome for so long. The numbness on the front of your thigh is likely related to your femoral nerve and not the sciatic nerve since it supplies this region. Here is a femoral nerve exercise I would recommend trying.

I think you're probably exactly right regarding why more people don't attend office hours. It is a challenging time based on when most people are at work.

Hi all,

Here is the replay of today's office hours session. We discussed the membership and new ideas for the app, shoulder pain and PRP, piriformis syndrome and greater trochanteric pain syndrome (GTPS).

Stephanie Dzvonick please feel free to message me as you need. Also, I do live office hours each week over Zoom where you can come in and ask me more specific questions. The real value of this membership is being able to talk with me directly about your own personal pain issues or injuries.
