Hello Dr Walters, great office hour. As a personal trainer and soft tissue therapist my co workers come to me everyday at work with aches and pain issues, I perform alot of your pt exercises and they get great results by me helping them with pain issues as well I do alot of your pt exercises as well with my pain issues. Years of basketball and combat sports you will for sure have aches and pain. But guess what I will never stop training. Dr Walters teaching and office hour are great. And for sure I will definitely attend office hours when my work schedule prevails.

Hello Dr Walters, just curious did you post exercises for injury prevention. I remember you mentioned a few weeks ago that you post the exercises, or maybe I'm just over looking and see them on your app.

Hello Dr Walters, it's amazing how the brain has a entire effect on the human body. I try my best to avoid pain by keeping my body in movement, 4 days a week boxing/strength training off days flexibility/mobility training. Try to put my body through a performance every day. As I get older (57 at this time)I fear the word pain.

Great topics covered I'm in the same situation as Panayota where my job consists of alot of sitting being a forklift driver, threw out the day I'm constantly getting off my forklift stretching and doing mobility exercises at work. Being a personal trainer I offer helping my fellow forklift drivers co workers and they see now just how important it is to get off the forklift every so often and stretch. Hello Dr Walters, great teaching video on tailbone pain. Every once in a while I get tailbone pain from sitting on the forklift at work for 12 hours a day.
