Great topics covered I'm in the same situation as Panayota where my job consists of alot of sitting being a forklift driver, threw out the day I'm constantly getting off my forklift stretching and doing mobility exercises at work. Being a personal trainer I offer helping my fellow forklift drivers co workers and they see now just how important it is to get off the forklift every so often and stretch. Hello Dr Walters, great teaching video on tailbone pain. Every once in a while I get tailbone pain from sitting on the forklift at work for 12 hours a day.

Hello Dr Walters, great teaching and awesome video on disc herniation . I talk to many people including my co workers on disc herniation ,alot of people has this problem but don't even know it .
