Hello I'm Brandon, I live in Baltimore, MD. I originally come from a sports background i played basketball up until junior college. My combat sport background im a black belt in Taekwondo, im a former Muay Thai kick boxer , MMA training and a boxer in which I still do boxing today but not competitive anymore. My fitness background I'm a ISSA-Master Trainer, I'm a Graston technique Specialist (soft tissue therapy) . I have a passion in what I do, and to have the knowledge from both your book , and the app, I will for sure have my clients going home happy. My athletes and my adult fitness as well to meet there sports and fitness needs.
