Oh yeah for sure even though I train 4 days per week any prevent injury workouts will be great. The only problem i may have is doing them live because I may be working at that particular time. But Dr Walters I'm all for it.

Hello Dr Walters, I actually believe it's every day repetition getting off my forklift at work. My full time job is im a forklift driver for Coca Cola 32 years, I always step down backwards on my left leg.
