Ah, I see. So for maintaining flexibility, you think just the stretches we do while doing exercise or rehab is enough then? I'm particularly thinking about aging and losing it. I understand what you mean as far as rehab, though.

I'm so glad you had this video. I just started having pain like you describe in my right foot. It's so weird, I have plantar fascia pain in my left heel and Morton's neuroma pain in my right. I've already added the Plantar fasciitis program to my favorites, so I'll work through that. Thanks so much, Tom. 😊
