Hi everyone, I just published a new video on internal snapping hip. If you feel clicking or popping at the front of your hip when lifting and lowering your leg, this will be a good video for you.

Good morning, everyone!

Here is a document on persistent pain that I thought you would enjoy. Whether you are a practitioner that works with people suffering from chronic pain or you have chronic pain yourself, the information in this resource can be helpful in terms of helping the pain system desensitize.

Since you mentioned Phase 1 is a one-to-two-week program, if I find it easy, no pain and not challenging, can I jump straight into Phase 2? Or do I have to wait the full one to two weeks before moving on to phase 2 ?"
