Hello Dr Walters, a few days ago my co worker came to me having low back stiffness and soreness. He lift weights 6 days a week, he lifts heavy. I stated to him to ease up on the heavy lifting you maybe over training, I told him muscles grow outside of the gym and you can benefit by training less . So I started him on your low back exercise program 3 days a week 2 times a day i showed him how to perform the exercises. Exercises i started with on .

Phase 1

Glute mobilization

3 sets 1 minute

Glute strecth

3 sets 30 sec hold

Hamstring strecth

3 sets 30 sec hold

Phase 2

Band bridge

3 sets 30 sec hold

Add hip /Glute activation

Dr Walters so far he likes how his low back and hips are feeling.

Here is a picture from our spring break trip to Kauai last week! We had a great time hiking, swimming and spending time together as a family. My oldest daughter is a freshmen in high school this year, so we're trying to make the most of the time we have left with her before she leaves for college.

Hi everyone, I just published a new video on C8 nerve root issues. Compromise of this nerve root will cause pain, numbness and/or tingling in the pinky and ring fingers and inside of the forearm and elbow.

Hi everyone, I just finished completing a diagnostic assessment questionnaire that will help you determine which program would be best to follow in the app based on your symptoms. Here is a link for the free questionnaire, if you want to give it a try. In order for the questionnaire to send you to the correct program, please open the link below in a new tab outside the app.

Hi everybody, I hope you are having a great weekend so far! There won't be an office hours session this coming week as I am traveling with my family for spring break.

If you have any questions this next week, please feel free to start a community post, so we can all learn or send me a private message.

Thank you! -Tom
