Hi, I’ve been doing the phase one tennis elbow for two weeks now. My level of pain is improving and I can hold a filled water bottle without pain, but heavier things still cause pain ( eg filled dry pan). Am I ready to progress to phase 2?

Hi everyone, I just published a new video on internal snapping hip. If you feel clicking or popping at the front of your hip when lifting and lowering your leg, this will be a good video for you.
