Tom Walters Okay, I see. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I think I'm on a good trajectory then. 😊

I have a couple of questions that maybe you can answer tomorrow.

1. How can we tell if the therapy is working. Obviously we should feel symptoms improving, but at least for me, I might feel like I'm better one day, and the next I have a pain and I wonder if it is working.

2. How do you tell if you're ready to move to the next phase of a program (or should we just do them as they're laid out in the two week intervals)?

Tom Walters Great! Thank you! 😊

Okay, sure. I'm currently doing the glute tendon pain program. So, could I do this program for the knee that you mentioned in this post?

Thanks, Tom! This is useful for me,. As I've told you I have hip and knee issues on the same side. One question: Is it advisable to do two different rehab programs concurrently? I know there are some overlaps of exercises for different areas. Just wondering. ☺️

I really feel for Panayota (I hope I got the name correctly). I suffered for more than a year with piriformis syndrome. I used to stand behind my couch and shift my weight from one leg to the other while watching tv or working on my laptop. This was before standing desks. I hope she can get a standing desk or work something out so she doesn't have to sit so much. Nice to see the others, too. Thanks everyone. 😊

Thanks Tom and Deb. It's cool to see two professionals consulting on a case. I hope that kid makes it to nationals. 💪

Tom Walters Thanks very much! I appreciate that. I'll give it a try. It is about 85% better than it was when I injured myself, but yes, still there. Thanks again!

It's nice to see and hear how you're helping people! I think you gave good advice. I related to the last lady (I'm sorry I couldn't get her name). I don't believe I have that syndrome, but I do have left-sided pains and injuries. I did get diagnosed with piriformis syndrome about 14 or so years ago on my right side. I still have low-grade numbness in the front of my thigh.

I wish I could join these office hours, but I work on Wednesdays. That may be why others don't join as well. Great discussion! Thanks, Tom and ladies. 😊
