Thanks, Tom and everyone. I hope Walker gets the help he needs for his ankle. 😊

I wouldn't want to see that, myself. But if others do, I don't have to watch. Thanks for asking. 😊

Nice family photo! Lovely young ladies, your daughters. Looks like you had a beautiful trip! Thanks for sharing this with us, Tom. All the best to your family. ☺️

Tom Walters Well, thank you, Tom! Without your guidance I would have been guessing and likely doing the wrong things! I really appreciate this app and the community, too! 😀

Good session! It's definitely a process for whatever pains and injuries you may have. I remember when I injured my shoulder back in the 90s, I thought it would never heal. Same when I had piriformis syndrome in the early 2000s. I'm happy to say the two programs I'm using (glute and hamstring pain programs) are working for my hip pain. It's been more than a year since it started and I finally feel about 80-85% better. Thanks Stephanie, Michelle, and Tom. Good luck to you, ladies! 😊

Oh, that's cool! But we can still ask you questions if we're not sure, right? 😉 Thanks, Tom! 😊

I work in a healthcare setting outside the insurance system, so I relate to the things you spoke of regarding doctors of different types getting either burned out by the system or becoming apathetic to their patients/clients, as well as people wanting to see the person who has the what I call bells and whistles. My own mom sees a chiropractor who never gives her things to do at home for her aches and pains, and she definitely identifies with her pains. I prefer PT and exercise to both help prevent and heal. Thank you all! 😊

Tom Walters Oh, I see. Thanks, again!

Thanks, Tom. In my case, I'm not sure it was a meniscus injury, but it happened doing a dance/walk type of workout, so it could have been. Still bothers me now, but doing some of your meniscus program seems to be helping. 🛟😊
