Hi Anagha, It's great to learn more about you! Your work sounds very interesting. I had considered being an Air Force physical therapist when I first graduated from my DPT program, so it's cool to learn that you are doing similar work.

Thank you very much for following my content for so long and for your kind comments! If you make it to California next year, please let me know.

Yes, the training is different between Australia physios and US physical therapists and I’m not entirely sure if you have vestibular specialist physios in Australia. Did your client see an audiologist for their ear testing? Are there any neck movements or positions that change their ear symptoms? I have seen cases like this in the past where a neck injury was associated with cranial nerve changes, so it’s definitely possible that the neck symptoms are associated with the ear symptoms.

Thank you so much, Houri! ❤️ I really appreciate your support and kind comments. As you can probably tell, I’m a bit obsessed with pain, rehab and exercise. Haha!

Hi Cathy, it’s so great to meet you! Thank you very much for purchasing a copy of my book. My series of seven smaller body region specific books will come out as a group in May of 2026. They will be quite similar to the body region chapters in the main book, but some people wanted cheaper books that were specific to only one body region, which is why I created them.

What type of practitioner are you? Thank you again for joining my membership!

Hi all,

There are quite a few new people in the community, which is so awesome! If you have a moment, will you introduce yourself and tell us about your background and what brought you here?

Also, if you ever have a question about a pain issue or injury, please don't hesitate to post in this section and I will do my best to help you in a timely manner.

Thanks, Tom

Sure thing! I never know when Amazon will offer a sale on my book, but, when I see one, I try to let people know. I'm glad to hear the discount was helpful for you in the UK as well.

Hi Caroline, My apologies for not responding earlier. For some reason, I didn't get a notification about this message.

To be honest, I'm not sure about your client's symptoms as they are rather unusual. While the cervical nerves can sometimes interfere with areas innervated by the cranial nerves (such as hearing) this is rather uncommon. Does your client have any other symptoms that may be associated with ear dysfunction, such as dizziness or vertigo? Has this client been assessed by a vestibular physical therapist? They are very good at assessing the inner ear and neck at the same time and may be able to identify if the two are related.

Hi Jane, It's so great to have you hear! Thank you for sharing a bit about yourself and your pursuits. The Hyrox competitions look very cool!

In terms of the app, I will be adding new content each month and always love feedback on what people would like to see in the app. Have you seen my prehab section? There are general workouts for different body regions and particular topics, such as low back mobility, knee stability, shoulder mobility and so on.

Once again, thank you for joining my community and for introducing yourself!

Hi Margaret, I'm so glad to hear you are enjoying the app so far! Also, thank you for buying my book! When thinking about the treatment of Morton's Neuroma, we focus mostly on adjusting shoe wear to shoes with a wider toe box and eliminating activities that put load on the forefoot and aggravate the issue (hopping as you mentioned is a good example). In some cases, exercises that target the intrinsic muscles of the foot can also be helpful. Here is a video that shows two of these exercises:

Since you are doing exercises for peroneal tendon pain as well, I would be careful with any exercises that put more load on the forefoot, such as calf raises.

This Goodlife Thank you for being here and for watching my YouTube videos!
