Hi Tom, Do you have any content on pelvic floor? Not speaking of weakness in particular but but also tightness, and in general what I have heard called dysfunction.

Hi Tom, I will not be there. I teach on Friday mornings. Maybe next time!

Great topic, thanks.

In terms of agonist/antagonist do you consider the psoas complex the partner with gluteus Maximus? It was years ago but I read an article saying it is unclear. I’m using you as a short cut for looking for more recent work myself.

Then more specifically in my case you recommended a hip flexor stretch and a hip flexor strengthener. When I do them each day, which first? Can I go back and forth in the same practice?

Tom, can you say in general whether you recommend stretch first or strength first in a daily practice or daily rehab? I see how your book is set up and I know you do mobility to start (for instance the foam roller) but then all stretch and then all strength? Or vice versa? Or back and forth between the two? Thanks!

Also, I like everything in that chapter. Should I only do the 2 we discussed for diagnostic purposes?

Hi Tom, for the “banded hip flexor march” on pg 361 I don’t see recommended hold. I guess fatigue? And sets?
