Katharine Lundby Happy to help! Keep me updated on how things go. Also, I hold a live office hours session every Wednesday at 9 AM PST. If you ever want to join and ask specific questions, you can register for these live sessions at the bottom of the app.

Hi Katharine, I’m sorry to hear about all of the issues that your son has been through with his right leg. Based on each of the areas you mentioned, I would actually suggest that he perform exercises from three different programs here in the app. Since he doesn’t have pain and has full range of motion, it would be best for him to focus on phase 3 of these programs since this phase primarily revolves around building strength and control.

Here are the three programs I would suggest that he starts with.

1. Hip Stability Prehab Program (this will help with gluteus medius strength)

2. Knee Ligament Injury Rehab Program (phase 3 & 4) - this program will help with knee strength and stability.

3. Plantar Fasciitis Rehab Program (the first three exercises in phase 2) - these exercises will help strengthen the muscles that lift and control the arch of the foot.

This Goodlife That’s so weird that your calf muscles cramped like this out of the blue. I’m so glad to hear that the exercises helped reduce your symptoms. You might consider performing these three exercises a couple of times per week to help reduce the odds that the cramping returns.

This Goodlife That’s so great to hear! You could also add a calf stretch as well. That stretch can be found in the plantar fasciitis and shin splints programs. It is in phase one and involves the use of a wedge.

This Goodlife No problem! Please keep me updated on whether or your symptoms improve.

This Goodlife besides the calf raise, I would also implement the calf mobilization with the foam roller in the Achilles program. It’s the first exercise in phase one.

That’s not an issue on your end. It’s a setting I need to change with that video. Here is a workaround. If you go the achilles rehab program, you should be able to watch the video if you access it from that program. Here is a link. Let me know if this doesn’t work.

Thank you so much for being here and introducing yourself! Also, thank you for buying a copy of my book. Please let me know if you ever have any questions about the programs in the app. I’ll be hosting a live session every Wednesday at 9 AM PST as well, if you ever want to jump in and chat with me.

I agree! I’m so excited about the community that is forming here!

I would love to have you join the live sessions if you are able to! I know it can be challenging with time zone differences. I plan to hold them every Wednesday at the same time (9am PST) unless that time turns out not to be a good option for most people.
